How to increase swim speed

Use endless-pool training and route tests to plan your next egg attempt.

The confirmed training method

The official description says training on the endless pool increases swim speed. It also names upgrading the pool and base as progression actions. Training and buying an upgrade are separate decisions, even when they support the same collection goal.

The exact speed gain, training formula, upgrade effect, and route requirements are not published as a verified table here. Use the values shown by your game.

WORKFLOW

A useful training test

1

Record your starting point

Note your current swim speed and choose a short route with recognizable landmarks.

2

Train in the endless pool

Follow its current prompts and check that displayed speed changes.

3

Repeat the same route

Use the same destination and return point. Avoid changing several upgrades during the comparison.

4

Choose the next objective

Try a harder egg when the familiar route is manageable. If navigation remains the problem, practice the path before spending more.

When to train instead of hunting

Train when movement repeatedly limits an otherwise understandable route. Hunt when you can finish the route and need another fish to develop income. If unsure, alternate one training block with one comparable collection attempt.

A faster display does not establish that every area is accessible. Read location requirements and check the live route.

What training looks like in the recording

GameWala's September footage shows the character training in a pool while an increment marked per swim appears and the swimming attribute rises. An Upgrade sign stands beside the pool. This supports checking the live training increment and upgrade panel as separate pieces of information.

The video contains changing levels and event effects, so it does not supply a normal training formula for every account. Record your starting display and current increment, then compare the same setup after a training block or a relevant purchase.

Make the route test comparable

TargetKeep consistentRecord separately
Start and finishUse the same departure point and the same return landmark.A changed distance can make a time comparison misleading.
RouteFollow the same recognizable path on both attempts.Navigation mistakes and detours should remain visible in the notes.
ObjectiveCompare travel with travel, or a completed collection run with the same task.A new hatch delay should not be attributed entirely to swim speed.
ConditionsAvoid changing several upgrades between the baseline and the retest.Note player interruptions and any visible temporary effects.

A timing example

For a hypothetical route taking 80 seconds before training and 64 seconds afterward, the observed time saving is 16 seconds, or 20 percent of the original time. This describes those two runs. It does not establish a 20 percent increase in the game's swim-speed stat or a universal training formula.

Repeat the comparison if one run included a detour or another player. If the displayed speed rises but the full collection trip barely changes, another step may dominate the trip: locating the target, finding the return, or completing the hatch. Choose the next improvement from that evidence instead of treating every slow run as a movement problem.

QUICK ANSWERS

Questions about this step

Can the wiki give the required speed for every egg?

The reviewed sources do not provide a universal route requirement table. Use any explicit access requirement in your server and test a recognizable route.

Should I buy a pool upgrade before training?

First read what the specific upgrade changes and establish a training baseline. Buy it when its stated effect addresses your goal and its current cost fits your budget.
